A Pair of Late George III Satinwood & Amaranth Commodes

Each commode has a rectangular banded top and columns to each side that terminate in peg feet. On one commode the drawer fronts are simulated and are in fact a door which opens to reveal adjustable shelving. On the other commode, rather than there being eight drawers as it would appear, there are four double drawers and it is slightly deeper than the first commode.

These exceptional commodes are outstanding quality, a very good colour satinwood and retain all their original handles.
