Description / ExpertiseOf padouk and mouldings and borders of ebony inlaid with ivory engraved and highlighted with lac; the escutcheons of ivory. The bureau and cabinet inlaid with flowering trees redolent of Coromandel Coast chintzes; the bureau mounted with carrying handles. The top section at the back retains a rectangular plaque with chamfered sides bearing the letters "K.H." |
